Partial payments are not allowed unless a payment plan arrangement is set up through Management.

If not paid in full, collection efforts begin on January 15th

Due Date
1st - January 15th $25
2nd - February 15th $50
3rd - March 15th $75
4th - April 15th $150
5th - May 15th $350.
Any accounts that remain unpaid after June 15th are turned over to the HOA Attorney for collections.
Each monthly late fee also includes an interest fee based on 15% of the total amount due.
WE REPORT UNPAID ACCOUNTS TO ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY JANUARY 15TH.
