Assessment Payment 

Payments cannot be accepted at the onsite office. It must be either mailed to the post office box, mailed or delivered to the home office in Dallas, or made online. For links to pay online, or mailing addresses, see the Assessment & Payment page. 

Alliance Association Bank processes payments for the association. They are not connected to your HOA account and will not display your balance due. You must enter the amount you are paying. 

Full payment is due on January 1.  Alliance Association Bank may display an option for monthly payments because they process payments for hundreds of associations, some of which may collected dues monthly. Bozman Farms however, collects dues annually. 

The Board of Directors cannot move the due date or provide alternate payment dates for individual homeowners. 

If you pay less than the full amount due, your account will be assessed a late fee of $15 and 18% interest on the unpaid assessment balance for each month the remaining assessment is not paid.  (Interest does not accrue on late fees.)

If you wish to dispute late fees, interest or other charges, or are requesting a one time courtesy waiver of late fees, you must pay your assesment in full first. The Board of Directors will not consider any such request if there is an assessment balance due. 

If you are unable to pay your assessment, please contact your association manager to discuss a payment plan that will allow you to avoid entering collections. There is an administrative fee of $50 applied to payment plans but owners who enter into a plan and stay current on payments will not accumulate late fees or interest. 

Statements are mailed to each homeowner in mid-November. However, your obligation to pay your assessment is not dependent upon receiving a statement. Even if you did not receive one, you are still responsible for making your payment. 

If you closed on your home between mid-November and the end of the year, you will not receive a statement until the title company has updated us with the new owner information. When that happens, you will receive a statement, new account number, and instructions for payment. 

You will need your account number to pay online. Your account number is located on your statement. If you do not have your statement, please email your association manager at bozmanfarmsmanager@guardianam.com. Please include your name and street address when requesting an account number.
