HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC
Assessment Payment
Payments cannot be accepted at the onsite office. It must be paid online through your homeowner portal, mailed to the lockbox post office box in Las Vegas, mailed or delivered to the home office in Dallas, or made online. For links to pay online, or mailing addresses, see the Assessment & Payment page.
Assessment payment is due on January 1st and is considered late on the 15th.
The payment portal displays options for monthly payments, but this does not apply to Bozman Farms. Payment should be made in full unless a payment plan is set up beforehand.
The Board of Directors cannot move the due date but will agree to payment plan arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
If you pay less than the full amount due, your account will be assessed a collections fee and an 18% interest fee on the unpaid assessment balance each month until it is paid in full. (Interest does not accrue on late fees.)
If you wish to dispute late fees, interest fee, other charges, or are requesting a one-time courtesy waiver of late fees, you must pay your assessment in full beforehand. The Board of Directors will not consider any such request if there is an assessment balance due.
If you are unable to pay your assessment in full by January 15th, please contact your association manager to discuss a payment plan that will allow you to avoid entering collections. There is an administrative fee of $75 applied to payment plans.
Statements are mailed to each homeowner in mid-November. However, your obligation to pay your assessment is not dependent upon receiving a statement. You are still responsible for making your payment, even if you did not receive a statement.
If you closed on your home between mid-October and the end of the year, you will not receive a statement until the title company has updated us with the new owner information. When that happens, you will receive a statement, new account number, and instructions for payment.
You will need to register and login to your homeowner portal account to pay online. A link to the portal will be included on your statement. If you do not receive your statement by December 15th, please email your association manager at m.mitchell@sbbmanagement.com. Please include your name and street address when requesting your login information.
