Bozman Farms Holiday Newsletter

Happy Holidays from the Bozman Farms Board of Directors and Management Team!!

UPCOMING EVENTS:

The Holiday Market and Craft Fair will be set up at both pools on Saturday, December 9th. Come on out to find all those hard to find or last-minute gifts you've been looking for. There will be food trucks, crafts and even a pet adoption booth set up.

The Christmas party will be held on Saturday, December 16th at the Wildwood Pool. We hope you will join us for a visit with Santa, games and crafts for the kids and a very merry hot cocoa bar.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

We are looking for new volunteers to help us with the ACC and the Social Committees.

The ACC Committee helps guide owners as they decide to make changes to the exterior of their homes. While it is often misunderstood, the ACC performs a vital role within the HOA because it helps our homeowners understand what changes are allowed and what changes may not be. It also ensures that we maintain or improve property values by encouraging aesthetic cohesion. Training for this role is provided and it only requires a small amount of time from volunteers.

The Social Committee helps plan, organize and host all the fun and exciting events that the HOA puts on each year. It is a fun way to give back to the community and ensure that these events can continue for years to come.

If interested in joining one of the committees, please reach out to Megan Mitchell at the management office.

A FEW QUICK REMINDERS:

Speeding in Bozman Farms is still a huge safety concern for all the foot traffic we have in the community. Please do your part by keeping the speed down and staying alert. Your cooperation could save a life.

Motorized vehicles are still being seen on the paved walking trails. Please remember that ATV's, dirt bikes and golf carts are not permitted on the paved trails within the community. These trails are very busy with people walking with children and animals and have tons of sharp turns that limit visibility. Please keep ALL motorized vehicles on the grass in order to prevent accidents.

Please remember that Trash cans are to be kept out of site except for pick up times on Mondays. Cans may be placed out as early as Sunday and should be put away by Tuesday.

Community area landscape is only being done once a month now as we move into the winter maintenance schedule. Please don't hesitate to reach out and report any issues that may come up in between our service visits so I can address them in a timely manner.
