Pools are located at 1300 Valley Stream (at Thornwood) and at 1700 Wildwood (at Collins). The Wildwood Pool is open year around. The Valley Stream Pool is open from May - October, exact dates depending on weather. 6am-9am Lap swimming 9am-10pm General swim

Residents must have an access card and be current on their assessments to use the pool. One access card is issued free of charge to each address. There is a $25 fee to purchase extra cards or to replace a lost card. Fees are not collected in office. The charge will be placed on the owner account and can be paid through the same process as regular assessments. New or replacement cards can be obtained in person at the management office located at 1700 Wildwood Lane, between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. Cards can also be requested ahead of time by emailing the Association Manager at bozmanfarmsmanager@guardianam.com or by calling 469-304-0004. In the message, please include your name, phone number, street address and the number on the back of your card if you have it.

Without a reservation, each owner can bring up to 4 non-resident guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Residents may host parties for up to 20 guests during posted pool hours. A reservation form must be submitted - see Forms and Documents. A reservation does not mean exclusive use of the pool. It ensures you the use of a table/picnic area and a larger number of guests. Food may be brought inside of the pool as long as it is cleaned up properly. No food may be consumed inside of the pool water. NO GLASS IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE. PERIOD.
